AUG 25' - "Cbc Collection" Capsule

CBC — short for Colorblock Collection — is a refined expansion of the I ❤️ EPA brand, built on bold placement, clean contrast, and timeless silhouettes. Rooted in intention, the capsule uses color blocking as both a design language and a statement — where contrast doesn’t divide, it defines. 

Inspired by the parallel worlds of East Palo Alto and Palo Alto, CBC reflects two communities separated by a freeway, not by value. The difference isn’t people — it’s access, perception, and history. This capsule brings those realities together through balance, restraint, and thoughtful design.

The collection features both the original I ❤️ EPA logo and a new all-white logo, creating a sharp visual dialogue between heritage and minimalism, presence and absence, past and future. The color blocking throughout the capsule mirrors this idea — light and dark, bold and clean, side by side — proving contrast can coexist without conflict.

The CBC Capsule spans sport, street, and everyday essentials. Pieces include recycled basketball jerseys, hockey fan jerseys, and boxy football jerseys, alongside unisex bombers, cotton sweatshirts, hoodies, joggers, leggings, and button-up shirts. Layered into the release are long-sleeve crop tops, youth and kids cotton tees, and functional accessories such as beanies, boxer briefs, and shopping bags — making this a true head-to-toe collection.
